Follow the steps to learn about our tax preparation process.
GOT A LETTER OR NOTICE FROM THE IRS OR STATE?
STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION
STEP 2: CLIENT DATA COLLECTION
New Client: You will receive an onboarding checklist. You can schedule an onboarding client session here or watch the YouTube videos here.

Returning Client: You will receive an engagement letter in December. After the engagement letter is signed, you will receive a tax organizer to help you gather your tax documents.

STEP 3: SUBMIT DOCUMENTS
Submit your tax documents via the portal and notify us via email or check off the task when you’ve uploaded all of your tax documents to the portal.​

**We offer expedited services for an additional fee.**

STEP 4: READY FOR PREPARATION
You are placed in the queue for tax preparation.
​
We prepare your tax return in the order received.
​
Submit your payment.
​
Review your tax returns in the client portal.
​
STEP 5: READY TO FILE
Sign the e-file authorization form (if eligible). Email address required for both taxpayer and spouse.

Ready to be filed.
