Phone Consultation
Service Description
We offer a 15-minute initial phone consultation for new clients after we determine you are a good fit. This initial phone consultation is to get to know you and your tax needs. We will call you on the day of the scheduled appointment. An email will be sent to you after the consultation. Please note there is a $50 non-refundable fee to schedule a phone consultation. To receive a complimentary phone consultation, please click on 'Start Here' and follow the steps. If you pay the $50 fee and we agree to work together, it will be applied to your next invoice within 10 days. Disclaimer: Limit one per new client only.
Cancellation Policy
We ask you to give us a 24 hour notice for any scheduling changes. If you are unable to provide us with the appropriate notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. You will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments in our firm. All payments for services are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for partial services will be refunded to a client upon cancellation.
